This page explains how Propel247 handles service payments, pilot projects, cancellations, and refund requests.

1. No On-Site Purchases

Propel247 does not currently sell products or accept payments directly through this website. Requesting a lead system review or emailing Propel247 does not create a paid service relationship.

2. Paid Services

If Propel247 offers paid services, the scope, price, payment schedule, deliverables, and cancellation terms will be agreed to separately in writing before work begins.

3. Pilot Projects

Pilot projects may include review, setup, improvement, monitoring, or related lead-path support for quote-based local service businesses. Exact deliverables vary by written agreement.

4. Client Ad Spend

If advertising is used, client ad spend is separate from Propel247 service fees and is paid directly by the client unless otherwise agreed in writing. Ad platform charges are controlled by the advertising platform and are not refundable by Propel247.

5. Cancellations

Cancellation terms for paid services will be stated in the written agreement for that specific project or monthly support arrangement.

6. Refund Requests

Because Propel247 provides service work rather than returnable physical products, refund eligibility depends on the written agreement, work already completed, and the specific circumstances of the request. Refund requests must be sent to support@propel247.com.

7. No Guaranteed Results

Propel247 does not guarantee a specific number of leads, jobs, booked appointments, revenue, rankings, ad performance, or business outcomes. Service fees are not based on guaranteed results unless specifically stated in a written agreement.
