Digital products and courses

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," all sales are generally final. However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

30-day satisfaction guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with a paid product, contact us within 30 days of purchase and explain what didn't meet your expectations. We will review your request and may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion. We ask that you have made a genuine effort to use the product before requesting a refund.

Memberships and subscriptions

If we offer a monthly membership or subscription in the future, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing. We do not refund prior months once access was provided.
