3. No Guaranteed Results

Propel247 does not guarantee a specific number of leads, jobs, booked appointments, revenue, rankings, ad performance, or business outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside Propel247's control, including market demand, offer strength, response time, budget, competition, pricing, sales process, and client follow-up.

4. Client Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide
• You are responsible for responding to leads and inquiries
• You are responsible for honoring your own pricing, estimates, services, warranties, and customer promises
• If advertising is used, ad spend is separate and paid directly by the client unless otherwise agreed in writing
• You are responsible for complying with laws and regulations that apply to your business

5. Review Requests and Communications

Submitting a review request or emailing Propel247 does not create a client relationship. A client relationship begins only when both sides agree to a specific scope, price, and terms.

6. Payments and Pilot Services

If paid services are offered, the scope, price, payment timing, deliverables, and cancellation terms will be stated separately in writing before work begins.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, copy, branding, processes, and materials created by Propel247 remain the property of Propel247 unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client-provided business information remains the client's property.

8. Third-Party Tools

Propel247 may use or recommend third-party tools for website hosting, analytics, advertising platforms, email, forms, calendars, spreadsheets, or other service delivery needs. Propel247 is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, policy changes, or decisions made by third-party platforms.

9. Website Use

• Do not attempt unauthorized access
• Do not copy or resell Propel247 materials
• Do not submit false or misleading information

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Propel247 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost leads, lost revenue, business interruption, or platform decisions. Any liability is limited to the amount paid to Propel247 for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
